FAQs

Answers to some questions you may have about our internships.

What is the purpose of the internship?

The Summer Internship position at The Well is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in our Kids Ministry.

As part of the team, you’ll lead engaging community events at the local splash pad, co-create and execute a thrilling one-week day camp program from July 29 to August 2, and actively participate in our Sunday morning Kids Zone program.

Our ultimate aim is to raise the awareness of what God is doing in our community and to make Kids Zone the highlight of every child’s week as we help them take their next step towards Jesus.

What is the length of the internship?

We have submitted applications for two summer interns and are eagerly awaiting approval.

Pending approval, each internship is planned to begin on Sunday, June 30th, and last for a duration of 6-8 weeks.

We’re excited about the potential impact these internships will have on our community.

How many hours per week are required?

The internship requires a commitment of 35 hours per week, including Sunday mornings from 8:00 to 10:30 am.

Do I need a personal vehicle?

Short answer: Yes!

It’s beneficial to have your own transportation. While Binbrook is a smaller community, this internship entails traveling within town to set up and manage community events.
